Friday it was diagnosed to have a failed fuel pump and control module. Having purchased the extended repair warranty, Ricky handled the claim and I received my vehicle back with a zero payment balance. It was Ricky who had explained the coverages and advantages of having the extended repair warranty. It has been a great peace of mind purchase not having to worry about unexpected expenses. More

I said I'll wait for "My Salesman". He has been with me trough the good and the not so good. I am pleased with my selection and how I was treated in the finance office. They sold me what I wanted and not what they thought I needed. I look forward to many more years of service from the best. More

The sales group interaction with Joe Rivera could not be better. His dedication to keeping me informed on the new technology as well as what is being offered as a CPO, keeps me wanting to buy additional cars. The service department interaction with my service writer, Ricky, gives me that personal touch knowing that he is like a doctor with *knowledge* of my cars, what was done with them in the past, and how that relates to the current service requirement. I have proudly recommended the dealership to family members and will continue to do so. More
