We picked out our car online, called Rick and set up an appointment 3 days hence - they held the car for us even though it was Presidents Day weekend. We had an unusual transaction because we were trading in 2 cars plus cash for the new car. They gave us an excellent price on the new car and very fair pricing on our trade-ins. No one tried to make us buy anything extra that we did not want. More

My 2009 Ridgeline RT was a great vehicle for my needs and provided excellent service but, after 99,000 miles with very few problems I found a really superior vehicle to take its' place. My new 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL is a significantly improved vehicle and I received a totally awesome deal from Rick and Dover, Honda. I worked with Paula for a short time in the car sales business and she is nothing short of spectacular. The way she handles customers and works for them is nothing short of spectacular. Rick Stern did I a great job of taking back my 2018 Accord EX-L and getting me into a 2019 CRV EX-L. I told him what I could pay and willing to put down. Very good experience! The reason I wanted to Accord EX-L and getting me into a 2019 CRV EX-L. I told him what I could pay and willing to put down. Very good experience! The reason I wanted to swap the Accord, was due to a number of rattles in the cabin; dash, rear deck, headliner, and lumbar support. I had the car in 6 different times to have it fixed under warranty, and I had enough. Luckily Rick was able to accommodate and work out a deal for both us. More

bought a 2008 civic from these people February 2019 after being convinced by the salesman the car was in immaculate condition. one owner, always serviced by them on time, etc. WELL, the engine blew up 4 mont being convinced by the salesman the car was in immaculate condition. one owner, always serviced by them on time, etc. WELL, the engine blew up 4 months and less then 5k miles later while driving on the highway. called and left messages with the GM as well as sent numerous emails with no call or answer back. if customer service is what they take pride in they fail miserably! whether I bought the car "as is" or with a warranty every paying customer deserves a call back especially when something to severe happens! I am convinced there was a known major issue when they sold me this car, they were the ones who serviced it since new! I spoke/ reported the issue to Honda of America directly. This vehicle should have gone straight to auction after trade in, not sold under the impression it was a reliable vehicle. Basically I was robbed 5k cash from this place. Not including the 2k I had to pay to replace the engine! I am now ready to purchase new and I would never give these people my business again, simply due to the fact I never even got a call back. More
