Fast, friendly service. My 2010 Accord's check engine light starter flashing, the engine was misfiring! A friend recommended I bring the car to Paul Miller Honda, so I called My 2010 Accord's check engine light starter flashing, the engine was misfiring! A friend recommended I bring the car to Paul Miller Honda, so I called up the dealer and spoke to Rick Meyers. Although it was already late in the day (after 5pm) Rick said to bring the car in and he would have it checked out the next morning. I was hoping to get a loaner car but again, it was very last minute and I'm pretty reasonable. When I brought the car in to the service dept Scotty put me in the system and we made some small talk about this seemingly common problem with my type of engine. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Long story short, the problem was fixed the next day at no cost to me. The problem was fixed under warranty. I know about cars and do my research on things, so I know why my service was covered and what exactly was done and why. It would've been excellent if I had gotten atleast a small explanation from the attendant that wrote me up as to why my check engine light came on and my car started to act the way it did. Instead of simply telling me what work was done. But all in all, again, very friendly staff. Happy they were able to fit me in and get the work done practically the same day at no cost! I will recommend Paul Miller to all my friends. Thanks guys! More

Rick Meyers is a great service advisor. He is knowledgeable and courteous. Rick is consummate professional. I have a 2005 Honda Pilot Ex-L with 158,000 miles which I have only serviced at Paul knowledgeable and courteous. Rick is consummate professional. This dealership is arrogant is dishonest. I had my car in for a 12k mile service. Everything was supposedly checked out and the car was given back to me. A mere 4k miles later, the car needed a full brake jo for a 12k mile service. Everything was supposedly checked out and the car was given back to me. A mere 4k miles later, the car needed a full brake job. Really? So much changed in 4k miles? Well I found out that the waranty on the brakes expired at 12k miles, so if they had diagnosed the problem at the initial service appointment, it would have been a free fix. Instead they made me "split" the cost with them, so I was out $400. When I complained, I was told that I could get reimbursed on the $400 due to a legal settlement that Honda made in the courts for their poor brake quality. I spent time filling out all the papers to apply for the settlement and was then rejected; told that based on my VIN and manufacture date, I didn't qualify. Really? The dealer didn't know that my VIN and date didn't qualify? Did they just tell me to apply to shut me up? When I wrote a letter of complaint to the manager, he basically told me "tough luck buddy." The amazing thing is, I have bought, leased and serviced several cars from this dealer over the years, and they knew I was enraged by the situation, yet refused to do anything about it. They were willing to lose a loyal customer for $400, I can only imagine how they would treat other customers. I would NEVER do business with this dealership again. It has really changed in the past few years, and the Paul Miller Group, because it sells so many higher end car brands, really has an amazingly arrogant culture. There are so many other good dealerships out there, do yourself a favor and AVOID PAUL MILLER DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS!! Try Garden State Honda on Rte 3 in Clifton, much nicer and more honest. More

since 1990 i haved leased and/or purchased cars from this location--all of my visits to the service dept has been pleasant and service has been very good and prompt-- i puchased a new 2011 CRV from Lou Gent location--all of my visits to the service dept has been pleasant and service has been very good and prompt-- i puchased a new 2011 CRV from Lou Gentile--he was very easy to deal with and upfront with all questions and concerns i had-----as a matter of fact my daughter has also purchased 2 new cars here and as i look outside in my driveway i see 3 honda's there--between me and my daughter we have purchased or leased approx. 13 cars from this dealership--even some of my friends got there cars there----- this is the only dealership i deal with and ,as you can see,i have dealt with this honda dealership for over 22 years-------------paul miller continues and improves this dealership More
