Went in with leak into fuse box. Got a call that they can’t find it. Luckily it was raining outside; otherwise personnel wouldn’t know how to use a hose or carwash. First price to determine what was wrong quickly changed to triple just to find what is wrong which tripled again once they found the issue. Service personnel – Scott - told me that the insulation was missing which was negligence on somebody who repaired my car after front collision. Oddly cause I never had a front of my car repaired. So I contacted the Honda corp. that performed an investigation and final cause that they quickly determined was a structural damage. I requested repair on Thursday around 6pm and called on Friday to request replaced parts to be put in the trunk. Since Scott was not there on Friday, I talked to Heather. I knew the repair will take place on Saturday due to parts delivery. Once the repair was done, the parts were not put in the trunk and she denied that she ever talked to me. It seems that a person needs to record all conversations with them or they will deny it. Very displeased. After driving my car, I noticed the wiring is not completely setup correctly, my turn signal when locking car doesn’t blink, car locks itself and I had a new windshield wipers that magically aged while in dealership. Not sure what else will turn out to be wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership and will stay away from it, as well as never buying Honda vehicle ever again. More

since 1990 i haved leased and/or purchased cars from this location--all of my visits to the service dept has been pleasant and service has been very good and prompt-- i puchased a new 2011 CRV from Lou Gent location--all of my visits to the service dept has been pleasant and service has been very good and prompt-- i puchased a new 2011 CRV from Lou Gentile--he was very easy to deal with and upfront with all questions and concerns i had-----as a matter of fact my daughter has also purchased 2 new cars here and as i look outside in my driveway i see 3 honda's there--between me and my daughter we have purchased or leased approx. 13 cars from this dealership--even some of my friends got there cars there----- this is the only dealership i deal with and ,as you can see,i have dealt with this honda dealership for over 22 years-------------paul miller continues and improves this dealership More

All my dealings with the staff have been extremely positive. Anthony Lopez and his staff really care when you need service. They try their best to make your visit a pleasant one. Dad still loves his. I have since bought a 2011 Accord which I like even more than my previous one. I only bought another car here because of my salesman, Lou Gentile. He makes the process smooth and easy. After a service call, I get a phone call thanking me for coming to their establishment. Overall, a class operation. More
