Angels in the midst of despair I was very unhappy with my previous car. I used to love every moment of it until the car no longer wanted to serve its purpose. I tirelessly went from dealership to dealership to find a new car, only to be rejected every time. Then I found Central Auto Group in Plainfield. Rick, my car salesman, came over and introduced himself. I came with a very skeptical mind!!! Rick made my day by not being pushy and offerring me several options for cars. Rick also helped me sort out the benefits of getting a new car opposed to keeping my old one. I really appreciate his service. Rick's patience, honesty and persistence means so much to me!!! I did not feel like I needed to run away!!! I also want to thank Vinny for being kind and understanding towards my dad who had alot of questions and concerns about my new vehicle. Thank you Claytus, Alissa and office staff! Thanks to the man in the hat at the Mazda office for that joyful welcome. LOL! Thanks to Rob for having the patience to explain, repeat and help me sign the finalizing papers!!! Until one day recently I was there having my 2015 Elantra looked at for repair. It was then that I met Vinny and Ricky. They worked very hard to make things right I am so very happy. They are rock stars. A no stress experience. I came into this dealership after a bad experience with an Old Saybrook dealer and had a bit of a chip on my shoulder. In spite of this, Vinnie got m I came into this dealership after a bad experience with an Old Saybrook dealer and had a bit of a chip on my shoulder. In spite of this, Vinnie got me past that, treating me much better than I probably deserved. The whole process of looking at the car, seeing my options and payments were no stress for me, that is the reason I bought from these guys. I had my car choice narrowed down, they all made it easy to get through. One day, I drove it home that evening. I would suggest anyone looking for a new Hyundai go see Judy, Rick and Vinnie and get taken care of. This was my first car from CAG, but I think I'll be back. Thank you all. More
