Rick was very professional and helpful from the moment we showed up. He moved several cars for us and let us test drive them. We liked one of the cars but felt the brakes needed an adjustment. He called me back and had us test drive it again and at that point we bought it. His transparency and professionalism made him this sale. We had had a negative experience with a dealer a few weeks before who was extremely unprofessional and pulling the “hard sale” talk .. “what can I do to put you in this car today?” Rick had none of that nonsense. He was upfront, authentic and honest and we are very happy with the him. We also pride the dealership on fixing the brakes on the car. This is a car for my college son. Safety is important to us. Thank you again for a simple and easy sale. More
