First impression of the dealership was good. I was greeted by the service manager and because it was a busy Saturday he made sure I was attended to even though it was busy. The next week I came back in to look again at the Pilot and even though Rick was not available, Ben Maggert was helpful. The dealership was low pressure when closing the sale which is IMPORTANT to me. The price quote from Don Ayers Honda was given without a hassle over the phone and was in line with the other price quotes I had received. Rick was exceptionally patient with me because of my family circumstances. He rescheduled meetings, considered more than one trade-in possibility, and enhanced the closing process. During the price negotiations, which is my least favorite portion of buying a car, Rick did NOT play the usual "games." We quickly arrived at just price. Because he has sold me other vehicles at Don Ayres Honda, Rick was wise enough to treat me as a friend rather than an "up." Both the Honda Civic that I bought and the service group really sold me the car. But Rick Kruger made the process of acquiring ownership a real pleasure. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH RICK AS A GOOD SALESMAN. HE KNEW HIS STUFF ABOUT THE CAR AND THE DEAL WE MADE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LOOK AT WAS THE ENGINE, BUT BEING A WOMAN, MAYBE HE THOUGHT I WOULD NOT B KNEW HIS STUFF ABOUT THE CAR AND THE DEAL WE MADE.
