I started in 1974 washing cars and thereafter filled many positions and assumed added responsibilities within the Klaben Auto Group prior to attaining my current leadership position. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and quick to work with us. We had a time constraint and they worked with us on that. They did not try to oversell an upgrade but paid attention to what WE wanted. We bought a Ford Explorer and are very happy with our decision in the car and in the dealership! More
