Richard was great and worked with us patiently over a few months before we finalized the deal. He never pressured us into making a quick decision and helped us test drive multiple cars with various packages. He was upfront and honest with the pricing and explained the various incentives available to us. I strongly recommend Richard and Mueller's Woodfield Acura to anyone looking for buying or leasing an Acura in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. More

Great experience! I originally dealt with Sebastian over the phone/internet but due to a scheduling error, instead worked the deal with Richard. He was personable, honest and made the purchase of my 2016 RDX as painless as possible. My last lease at a different dealership was a nightmare compared to this one. In and out in about two hours, amazing! He introduced us to the service department (they were also very friendly) and made sure everything was as expected with my RDX. A complete night and day experience from the other Acura dealer I had been doing business with... I will be taking my future business to Muller's! More

Inspiration to Report False Advertising to BBB A 2004 Jaguar X-Type was advertised on the Internet for $4,929.00. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it's condition. I was concern A 2004 Jaguar X-Type was advertised on the Internet for $4,929.00. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it's condition. I was concerned that the "ABS" warning light was on. The salesperson said the problem would be repaired before delivery as "they were planning on repairing the problem anyway." The salesperson wrote an offer of $4,929.00 + $169.27 doc fees + $25.00 electronic vehicle registration + $371.44 sales tax (7.25%) + $196.00 license = $5,690.71 (exact price advertised) with the ABS problem repaired. I signed a counter offer to pay $5,000.00 cash price delivered with the ABS problem repaired. The sales person said he would ask his manager if they would accept the deal. The salesperson returned with his manager, Tommy, who sat down and handed me his card and said "I have to fix the ABS controller before I can sell the car. I won't risk my career or the dealership on one car. If I sold the car as is, and something happened, the dealership would be responsible. Here is the situation, we just ordered the part to fix the car from Jaguar and it cost $900. If you want the car, I will sell it to you for $5,800.00." I was shocked and said why would you say I would have to pay $109.21 more than the original advertised price? I said I should be able to purchase the car for the advertised price. Tommy said he couldn't sell the car for that price. I said if they would not sell me the car for the advertised price, it would be false advertising. Tommy said "it is not false advertising, it is just how it is." The actions of the dealership put forth by the sales manager Tommy follows the exact definition of false advertising. More
