Chris Eugenis is an extremely pleasant and no-nonsense business person. That makes for a well-honed sales team as well. Richard Kaskel couldn't have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. He made the entire process both enjoyable and simple. Our family feels so strongly about this distributor and their products and service; we do not even "shop" other manufacturers a/or dealerships. Old school business goes a long way in today's ludicrously fast-paced business climate. These guys are testament to that. More

Pricing was fair. Granted, they attempted to play the interest rate game but you can't blame them for trying to turn a profit. To this end if you're well prepared and prequalified on a loan they will back down to accommodate. More

Great experience with Richard We came in looking for a used Acura RDX. We test drove one with Richard. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We asked him to keep and eye out for We came in looking for a used Acura RDX. We test drove one with Richard. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We asked him to keep and eye out for us and he did - texted me several times over a few weeks - but there wasn't a used one we wanted. We decided to buy new. I got estimates from other dealerships but bought through Richard since he did such a great job following up and really made us feel comfortable (no pressure!). And then a week after I purchased he spent more time with me to show me all the features. And he is very responsive via text with all my questions. Overall a great experience because of Richard! Purchased less than 90 days ago, car has been to the dealer twice for the same issue and still not resolved, instead of going through the same headach Purchased less than 90 days ago, car has been to the dealer twice for the same issue and still not resolved, instead of going through the same headache again will take elsewhere and pay for the issue to be fixed as service doesn’t listen. As for the sales process just what you expect from a dealer, nothing special and nothing to rave about. No follow up or interest from the salesman post purchase. More

I met a few other people there like the manager and finance guy and whomever else, and everybody seemed cool calm and collected which helps everybody get a deal done I believe. Buy a car from Daniel if he has a car you like. More

I recently bought a used certified MDX. Muller was the first and only Acura dealership I experience and I pretty much made up my mind to buy the car from Richard after our first conversation. He gave a good overview of the car and what to expect, took time to answer all my questions and concerns and didn't force me into anything. Richard also followed up with regular phone calls to make sure everything with the car was okay, answered my questions and helped out on the vehicle settings. I would definitely recommend buying your next car with Richard as he is a genuine person who will get you the right car at a competitive price. Deepak More
