Long term Relationship I was fortunate to find Woburn Toyota in 2005 when I purchased my new Toyota Camry LE. The car has been exclusively serviced there and with 161,000 mi I was fortunate to find Woburn Toyota in 2005 when I purchased my new Toyota Camry LE. The car has been exclusively serviced there and with 161,000 miles on the car.....it continues to run as well as the day I purchased it .....13 years ago. I went in for an oil change this past week and the service representative, Anthony Petrella informed me that my tires needed replacing in the future.....he even told me that Woburn Toyota has the tire sale in October/November and I could wait to take advantage of the sale. The staff is professional, knowledgable and caring to me and my car.....they go out of their way to explain what service the car needs immediately and what service will be needed in the future. Look forward to the new building opening in the summer of 2018 with both the sales and service department inside..... Congratulations to the Woburn Toyota team for providing such fabulous customer service with a smile!! More

Tire problem I took in my Toyota Camry for a tire rotation, and the service person was very gracious and thorough, I found out the condition of my tires, in record I took in my Toyota Camry for a tire rotation, and the service person was very gracious and thorough, I found out the condition of my tires, in record time. This is a life time relationship I have been going to Woburn Toyota for over 20 years and always found them to do what is in my best interest. Folks I have dealt with have changed ove I have been going to Woburn Toyota for over 20 years and always found them to do what is in my best interest. Folks I have dealt with have changed over the years but they all have shared the common value of doing the best for the customer. And I love John Russo and of course Rich who I have known for more than 15 years. It cannot get any better than this. More
