The purchase experience was the best I have had considering all the car purchases in the last 30 years. Fred was very helpful with the new car options and the trade-in. Rich explained the warranty options without any pressure. The car was prepped and delivered on-time. Fred patiently explained all the features before I drove off in the new car. I would definitely go back to them for my next Subaru. More

Robyn was great and helped me get a car payment that fit in my budget. Nelson inspected my car down to the smallest detail and it drives like its brand new. Rich was so informative and he explained every step to me. I was so comfortable with the people and I was treated with such kindness and respect. Both of my parents own Subarus and they came along with me when I was buying mine. They were so impressed with the dealership and the staff that they are both planning on getting cars there when they are ready to upgrade. I really can't say enough about this dealership. I will not be looking anywhere else to buy a car from now on. More

Painless procedure I knew I didn't want another Forester. Loved my 2001 Forester but had to let it go and had been driving a leased 2015 Forester. They made it too big I knew I didn't want another Forester. Loved my 2001 Forester but had to let it go and had been driving a leased 2015 Forester. They made it too big. Stopped in to try other cars for size but thought I'd be looking for a used Forester going back to a year to the smaller size. Mitch Pollak stepped up spent a lot of time discussing options, showing me cars on the lot, answering questions. I tried the Crosstrek and it felt a lot like my old 2001 Forester. They made me a good offer on my returning leased Forester. Once I made the decision the process was easy. We did research on price and they were right on the money. Didn't have to spend time haggling. This is our fifth Subaru. Wouldn't drive anything else. May not need the dealer again for a long time - I had my first Forest for 13 years. I expect to use them for service on my Crosstrek. Rich Johnson made the paperwork part of the deal pretty painless. More

I never felt never rushed or forced. Car buying process was smooth as silk.. No hidden fees or charges like my other experience with a shady Connecticut Subaru dealer. Great people, great service! I had visited a Subaru dealership closer to my home which was disappointing. The people seemed almost bothered by us.
