I immediately knew it would be my last stop. I was greeted and welcomed by Rich, who continued to assist throughout the process, and immediately introduced to Anthony. Anthony made sure that this was the most comfortable purchase it could possibly be. He listened to everything I wanted and made sure I got it...INCLUDING PRICE! He is honest - such a comforting and rare trait when looking for a car. Everyone I worked with, (Anthony, Jenn and Rich) were very interested in making sure I walked away happy every time I left their presence, ended a phone call with them, or when responding to an email. I never felt pressured at any point and I felt 100% informed in all aspects. Anthony responds to all calls and emails immediately - even after the purchasing process was finished. Due to the date of delivery being in the month following the agreement to lease, the final monthly payment was, in my opinion, substantially higher than the estimated amount, but a compromise was reach quickly, to my satisfaction. Since I had difficulty arranging for a ride to the showroom for delivery, my salesman, Ed, kindly picked me up. The Sales Manager, Rich, was also very friendly and helpful, and the Business Manager, Jenn, was efficient. Overall, the experience with Brewster Subaru was pleasant and I would recommend anyone interested in a Subaru to give them a look. More
