Working with Frank, my salesman, Rich & Nelson and Jenn made this a no-brainer. They listen and accommodate. Not only did they find the right car, Frank spent unlimited time explaining all the new features and helped me learn to be comfortable in my new ride. He set up my phone and all the bells and whistles for me rather than opening the scary manual! (My daughter is Denver bought a Subaru with no explanations/help.) Recommended this Subaru to my family because the sales people work together and the service at this facility is welcoming as well. More

Nelson and Michelle processed the order for me and Roy called me when the delivery was ready. Roy took his time and showed me the ins and outs of the newly delivered car before I signed any paperwork and really helped me feel comfortable before finalizing my purchase. Jenn in finance was great to work with. She showed me all the additional services I could get with my new car and was not pushy. She worked with me so I could take advantage of their extended warranty and I wouldn't have to break the bank on my monthly payments. Overall a very pleasant experience. This is why my family always makes Brewster Subaru their first choice when purchasing a new vehicle. More
