Mitch Pollak was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the Subaru products. They did not have a vehicle on lot in the color I wanted but found a car nearby and the whole experience took less than a week to accomplish .Rich Johnson patiently explained the options available in regard to the warranty but did not try to talk me into anything. I just drove my new car home and could not be happier! More
