Positive experience all around Recently purchased my first Subaru from Brewster Subaru. I had been looking for a car for close to a year, and previously been put off by dealers for Recently purchased my first Subaru from Brewster Subaru. I had been looking for a car for close to a year, and previously been put off by dealers for other competing brands. The people at Brewster Subaru were friendly, helpful, not pushy, didn't try to 'up sell' me, and honored the information we discussed before I went down to the dealership. While there, everyone was very helpful, as well as accommodating of my 5-year-old son who came along as my "assistant." I mainly worked with Anthony Pilla (sales) and Rich Johnson (business), who were knowledgeable, patient, and got me through the process smoothly. I'm very happy with the experience all around, as well as with my new ride. More

Subaru Legacy Purchase My husband and I arrived at the showroom just as they were closing, but Bruce invited us in and answered our questions and never asked us to leave, b My husband and I arrived at the showroom just as they were closing, but Bruce invited us in and answered our questions and never asked us to leave, but let us leave when we were ready. That was the first positive impression. We came back 2 days later after checking prices all over online and visiting another Subaru dealer. After presenting our best price, Patrick was able to match it and we purchased a 2018 Legacy Premium. All the staff I dealt with (Bruce, Patrick and Rich) were nice, patient and really down to earth. This is my first Subaru and I’m hoping my Subaru experience continues as good as it started out. More
