Even though they are in a commission based field, I never once felt pressured, nor did I feel like the information they gave me was deceptive. Quality customer service from the entire staff. The entire process was stress free with no pressure sales tactics, we really value their honesty and being up front during the whole process. Their price quote was fair and reasonable. The entire Brewster Subaru team from Manager Nelson Demelo, Patrick Larson, Mitchell Pollak and Rich Johnson all made our buying experience very enjoyable and hassle free ( this was our third car purchase from Brewster Subaru), they made us feel like we were a family members during the whole process. My husband and I already knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in which made the process fairly seamless but we also would have walked it we didn't like the people. Anthony and Rich made sure we new all our options but never pushed anything on us. Anthony even stayed with us well past closing to make sure we understood all the features of our new car. He far exceeded our expectations. I never met Joe but I work with his mom and he gave me additional info that helped me decide to buy a extra features before finalizing the sale with Rich. One could argue that Subarus sell themselves in the NE but these guys made me enjoy the process. More

However, both my husband and I were totally amazed how easy and pleasant our experience was at this dealership. After initially communicating online with Kristen we set up an appointment and, although it was an extremely busy Saturday, she was able to accommodate us with a test drive, pricing out the lease and a trade-in on my old car in less than an hour! We returned a few days later to pick up the new Forester and met with Rich who was extremely proficient and pleasant in explaining all the paperwork. No "hassle" whatsoever!! Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family interested in buying a Subaru. More
