Rich Johnson handled my most recent close and was very thorough and personable. Lastly, Nelson Demelo gets big points for remembering long-ago customers, whether they are in the sales department or waiting in the service area (which is also terrific, by the way). Brewster Subaru's soft-sell approach is most appreciated: sharing the whys behind recommendations and giving customers credit for making purchase decisions that suit them best. More

We had lots of questions since this is my first Subaru and all were answered. Bruce Fisher was just a great salesman from first phone call to handshake last night. Rich Johnson was the most efficient and informative Finance point person I have ever worked with. I actually understood everything we went over! My husband met Anthony in service while getting his free Starbucks coffee (!) and was quite impressed. I have no doubt that I will love my car and feel comfortable picking up the phone or driving in to get any answers I need with a smile. Not only is Rich thorough and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, he is also very knowledgeable about Amtrak trains. Yes, you read that right. While meeting with Rich, my son texted me to let me know he missed his train home from college. Rich was happy to turn the meeting from business at hand to helping my son get home. I didn’t feel pressured into making a hasty decision. Mitch was very patient with are choosing the right model for us pointing out the pros and cons of each model we looked at. This helped us to make an informed final decision. Finance manager Rich was also tremendous. He explained everything fully to us and left us no doubt about the process. He pointed out the various options available and let us decide what’s best for us without pressuring on what to add.I would definitely recommend Brewster Subaru to people I know in the future. There was never any pressure to make a decision right away like I have dealt with at other dealerships. It was a pleasure dealing with her!
