Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

They exceeded all expectations I purchased a new Subaru Forester and had a totally wonderful experience dealing with Robyn in sales and Rich in finance. To be honest, I unfortunate I purchased a new Subaru Forester and had a totally wonderful experience dealing with Robyn in sales and Rich in finance. To be honest, I unfortunately ended up being a bit of a problem customer (oops), and won't go into the details, but Robyn and Rich were totally unruffled and showed a true commitment to making the customer (i.e., me) happy. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was very friendly and unpressured - I have rarely encountered this when buying a car. BTW, I drove two hours each way just to do my business here and very glad I did. Highly recommended. More

Terrific experience! Met with Robyn to discuss purchasing a new Legacy. I gave her a price point, she conferred with Patrick, and not only did they keep to the price point but came in under! There was no pressure to buy and I felt very comfortable in making the purchase. I met with Rich to finalize the purchase. He thoroughly explained options that were available and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Again I felt no pressure. Overall this was a great car buying experience and I recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More
