We decided on the Forester and worked closely with Roy who is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! He listened to what features we wanted and helped advise us of all the options. We never felt pressured. He was able to get us the exact car we wanted and it even came in a week earlier than expected! When we went to pick it up, we spoke with Rich in management, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure us. We noticed the car didn't have the liners on the back of the rear seat which we had wanted and thought we had paid for. But we were mistaken and they were not on the invoice. However, they had them installed right then and there at no additional cost to is, for which we were very grateful!!! More

When picking up the car, our meeting with the Rich Johnson, the business manager, to finalize the paperwork was done in an efficient and effective manner. The goal of both Anthony and Rich was to meet our needs both in the product and the leasing details. With some OTHER car dealers you might feel the pressure being put on for achieving the sale, but not at Brewester Subaru. Nice environment! Subarus are the best, dependable and safe - this is my third Outback; my partner has owned 6 or 7 Subarus - our car of choice. More

Excellent experience with Robyn and team After my Subaru saved my life, I knew I wanted another one but when I went to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle a stop sale was established due t After my Subaru saved my life, I knew I wanted another one but when I went to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle a stop sale was established due to an open recall. Robyn was fantastic as we waited for Subaru to fix the issue, she was always there to call or respond to messages when I had questions, and as we went through the process she kept me updated weekly. Subaru is a corporation that actually cares about their customers and provided me with a company paid for rental car while I waited almost a month for the recall to be fixed. In the mean time, Robyn ensured all the other, minor, issues with the vehicle were taken care of. When it finally came time to purchase my vehicle, Rich, in finance, could not have been more helpful or patient and Robyn walked me through everything on my new car, even though it was past her time to head home. I will never buy a Subaru anywhere else and will never buy anything other than a Subaru. Thank you for everything. More
