I wanted to buy from Lou Sobh as we live in Cumming and have had a good experience with their service department with our other cars. When we visited the dealership they were very cordial and not pushy at all. They said they would match the lowest offer we received and would make our trade in whole. Long story short, they beat the lowest offer we received by $500 and gave us $500 more than our payoff for our trade in. They located the Odyssey we wanted and had the paperwork and car ready within 48 hours... More

A friend bought her car from Lou Sobh and said we should give them a shot. From the moment I walked into the dealership with my infant daughter I felt at peace. They not only had the best deal for what we were looking for, but they were professional, kind and were very patient with our questions and worked around our baby's schedule. If you are looking for an honest/family friendly dealer in the Atlanta area you have to come here! We are forever customers now and will continue to buy our cars from Lou Sobh. More

I had had previous experience with this dealership with servic From the first moment I walked into Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, Georgia, I felt welcome. I had had previous experience with this dealership with service for my other car and felt comfortable returning to buy another. Jim Anderson is the Sales Rep. I spoke with when I arrived following an accident that ultimately totaled my existing Honda Accord. He helped me through the initial "looking" process and was there when I returned to purchase my car. Every question regarding the car I wanted to purchase was answered and the deal was made. Afterward, Jim walked me through the ins and outs of the 2015 Honda CR-V EXL that I purchased. Lou Sobh has an outstanding organization in Cumming and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Oh and by the way, ask for Jim Anderson. More

Chen took the time to us how all features worked including going the extra mile to help us program some phone numbers in the blue tooth option. He impressed us with his honest beliefs in the Honda products. Chen's easy going and non pressure communication techniques were so appreciated. His authentic commitment in the superior performance of the Honda was evident. The entire experience of purchasing our Honda CR-V was wonderful. A new experience After purchasing cars for many years in large multi-franchise multi-state dealerships I was surprised at the ease of this transaction from beginning t After purchasing cars for many years in large multi-franchise multi-state dealerships I was surprised at the ease of this transaction from beginning to end. The car was well priced, prep was excellent, and the walk through after the purchase was well done-- a necessity in one of the new models with all the electronics and features such cars have today. For example, even though it was a 2015 model the printed instruction manual (for 2015) was already out of date, explaining why a CD was included that took care of the modifications in mostly the electronics. The manager checked on our progress frequently during the whole procedure to make sure I did not have any questions and that I was being taken care of properly. Pressure on a decision or anything else was non-existent. Before it was over my son, who accompanied me through the process, which included several brands and dealers, decided to stop putting off replacing his wife's ancient car at this dealer, even though he had bought a new car for himself less than two months ago from a different dealer and a different brand. More

Loving my new Honda Pilot Touring 4WD! Nick Scofield rocks! Last December we replaced my wife's 2002 Odyssey (240k miles, still being driven by my youngest) with a brand new Odyssey from Lou Sobh. Nick Scofiel Last December we replaced my wife's 2002 Odyssey (240k miles, still being driven by my youngest) with a brand new Odyssey from Lou Sobh. Nick Scofield was our salesman, and he was an absolute gem. Kudos to Nick for putting up with the longest test drive in history :-) The new Odyssey is amazing - we consistently get over 30mpg on the highway. Our service experience with Lou Sobh has been excellent Now it was my turn to replace my 2001 Acura 3.2TL (150k miles). This time I wanted more space, better handling in inclement conditions, and towing ability. Worked with Nick again and he set me up with a 2014 Pilot Touring Edition 4WD. This car gets it right in so many ways. It is comfortable, powerful, flexible and has all the doodads I was looking for. The deal Nick, Reza and Tom worked up was impressive. Completely low pressure. I can't say enough positive about the Lou Sobh Cumming dealership or about Nick Scofield in particular. More
