I bought an 08 Jeep Wrangler with the tire and check engine light on The dealership agreed to fix both and charge the ac for me. My salesman Rey has been good.He’s returned every message. The service manager Brian Finley on the other hand has been horrible. He hasn’t taken or returned one phone call from me. It’s been 35 days now and the Jeep still hasn’t been repaired. Very disappointing customer service. More

Made appointment to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival I was not greeted by any person. Waited in the main lobby a few minutes then proceeded to walk the lot in search of the vehicle and was Upon arrival I was not greeted by any person. Waited in the main lobby a few minutes then proceeded to walk the lot in search of the vehicle and was never approached by any sales person or employee. Was on the lot for a total of 45 minutes looking at other vehicles. Never found the vehicle I had initially set the appointment to test drive. This was my 3rd attempt to purchase a vehicle from them.
