I have been an extremely happy and satisfied customer of Smythe Volvo for more than 30 years - they are the absolute best. You know they are doing something right when their employees never leave, they star Smythe Volvo for more than 30 years - they are the absolute best. You know they are doing something right when their employees never leave, they start and end their careers at Smythe. I do not believe that they can say “no” to a customer - they go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer experience is positive. As a family owned and operated dealership, they build strong customer relationships which is why Smythe has the reputation of being extremely honest. I know that when I bring my car in for service, the advisor will only recommend repairs/replacements that are necessary and best for the car and will never upsell or recommend needless repairs. More

I don't know where to begin with this nightmare. Stay far away from this place. Deanship will lie over and over again to your face. Spent over 20 thousand dollars there on a used car and repairs to the car a away from this place. Deanship will lie over and over again to your face. Spent over 20 thousand dollars there on a used car and repairs to the car after discovering they sold me a car with bad rings 1000 miles after purchase, and wouldn't cover the fix. Car is still broken and they will not call me back or honor their supposed garenteed repairs. Toxic dealership. run for the hills.. still have a Volvo v60 with major engine problems 200 miles after their 3 thousand dollar repair. This is only the tip of the iceberg that has gone horribly wrong with this dealership. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this??? Im beside myself with how poorly they treated me. More
