Doug made the entire process quick and thorough before I had even gotten to the dealership. He prepared me with everything I'd need heading into today and worked to get me a great deal on a new lease. He took care of my prior lease with ease which most other dealers were unwilling to help with. All in all a fantastic experience and very happy to come away with a brand new Chevy Trax in the package I was looking for. Would highly recommend Doug and very appreciative of Rebecca helping clarify everything from the financing perspective. The whole environment seemed much more upbeat and team oriented than other dealers I've recently been to and cannot thank them enough for a painless experience.
