I would like to start with saying I decided to go with Bennett Chevy specifically for their team about 6 years ago. I had gone to every car dealership in my area, and Bennett stood out from the rest by ha Bennett Chevy specifically for their team about 6 years ago. I had gone to every car dealership in my area, and Bennett stood out from the rest by having such a magnificent and kind team. Therefore, I would like to share I had the pleasure of leasing my third vehicle with Bennett Chevy this past week. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with kindness. What always stands out to me is the level of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by the Bennett team, especially Jon DeNick. This is my first time working with Jon and it was perfect. Throughout the entire process, Jon was patient and incredibly kind. He took the time to listen to my needs, preferences and showed me every possible car that could apply. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and assured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Sending a BIG thank you to Jon and the full Bennet team. I interacted with a handful of people during my day at Bennett and everyone was great! Due to their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, I drove off the lot excited and confident with my choice. I felt right at home the minute I walk in the dealership. Nicole was very knowledgeable about the 1500 Silverado LT pick-up that I was inquiring about. John was great, before I'd even arrived he had a car ready for me to test drive. Plus he work really hard to help me find a deal that I could afford. Never in my life have I ever imagined I would own su ready for me to test drive. Plus he work really hard to help me find a deal that I could afford. Never in my life have I ever imagined I would own sure a new car, but thanks to John I do now. As far a the dealership it's self. Everyone there was great. I had an issue with my back wiper not spraying water, not only did they fix that but Chris noticed I need a piece to hold my license plate on. He ordered right away and with in a couple of days called me and fixed it. I have already recommended Bennett Chevy to 3 people. I would diffently go there again More
