I have bought 2 cars from Jackie Cooper because they are professional, courteous, and helpful. They are not like most car dealers who try to just sell a car and dont listen to you about what you want. I wou professional, courteous, and helpful. I would not even go to a car dealer to look at a car because of how you were almost attacked by several salesmen. My son in law checked out Jackie Cooper and said it had best ratings and a Nissan was a good car. He took me to Jackie Cooper and I was hesitant at first but was so pleased with the salesman and how I was treated and listened to. I bought my 2014 Altima from Jackie Cooper. It was the first time ever going to a car dealership and my first time buying a car myself. I was 68 yrs old. I am pleased to bring my car in for service also. I would never buy a car anywhere else. I took my car in for service yesterday. I had no intention of buying a new car, but saw the new Altima with cream leather seats and I bought it. Ray Asberry was an awesome salesman. He has a very pleasant personality and he listened to me and allowed me to make my decision without any pressure from him. More

The BEST experience I searched for a car online for 2 months. I was contacted by a salesman at Jackie Cooper, Rayfield Asberry. He went out of his way to send me a video I searched for a car online for 2 months. I was contacted by a salesman at Jackie Cooper, Rayfield Asberry. He went out of his way to send me a video of the car I was interested in, since I was 3 hrs away. I drove 3 hours to complete the purchase on the car. On the way back home, on my 3 hr drive, the car started acting up. I had it towed to the closest dealership, and contacted Rayfield. He assured me they would take care of everything. They had my car towed back to the dealership, and fixed the issue with no hesitation. They even had the car towed the 3 hrs back to me, so I wouldn't be out any more time or anything. I am grateful to find such a GREAT experience online and will definitely be returning to do business, again. More
