Easy fast deal. We only were there a couple of hours. Our problem was the car was not ready and it still wasn't ready first thing the next morning. Finally about 1:30 Ray delivered it to our house. I recommend Jackie Cooper only if you request Ray Asberry III. Ray was an essential asset to my car buying team. With the hurdles of buying my used 2017 Nissan Sentra SR at Jackie Cooper, Ray played a huge III. Ray was an essential asset to my car buying team. With the hurdles of buying my used 2017 Nissan Sentra SR at Jackie Cooper, Ray played a huge role in me not changing my mind in purchasing this vehicle. I'm typically a Honda guy but took a chance on the Sentra due to nostalgic reasons with a 1993 Nissan Sentra SER my parents bought me to drive in high school and eventually college. Jackie Cooper's communication between repair and sales department is extremely lacking. I could tell each employee did care and was doing the best they could with the system Jackie Cooper has in place. They could never find me in the system when I came in for or called about an appointment. They always seemed surprised I was there for repair and bewildered I was dropping my car off for service. If you called service and left a message with one of the nice folks - the message never made it to my service advisor. Upon each visit and phone call, I was constantly repeating what they needed to do to the car. After being texted first about contacting my repair advisor via text, I texted my service advisor several times during my car's stay in repair and never received a response. The second time they had the car, I received the same text after I left with my car. And then finally to wrap it up with a bow, the last poor gentlemen tried to tell me I owed them $526 for the repairs. So after one last 20 minute delay and discussion, they finally brought me my dirty car. I politely asked for them to wash it, they returned after a $5 gas station car wash with water and soap dripping down my new black car and gave me my keys. All in all, I drove about my Nissan about a week out of the first month of owning and paying on the car. Nissan did repair at no charge to me: the rear tint, weather stripping, one speaker and a/c leak which is why I agreed to buy the vehicle originally. My car buying experience was an unnecessarily long adventure I could have definitely done without and did not expected from a long time Tulsa dealership like Jackie Cooper.
