No pressure sale I just purchased my 4th Kia and the experience was easy and pressure free. The first two Kia's I purchased were at a different Kia Dealer and that exp I just purchased my 4th Kia and the experience was easy and pressure free. The first two Kia's I purchased were at a different Kia Dealer and that experience was not good. I like Kia vehicles so I had to find another dealer. When I purchase my next Kia I will go back to Smithtowm Kia again. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I didn't want to buy a new car, but a rear end collision of my former car made it necessary. I looked a few other places before I came to Smithown Kia I didn't want to buy a new car, but a rear end collision of my former car made it necessary. I looked a few other places before I came to Smithown Kia, and will never look anywhere else again, and will recommend them to anyone looking for a straight price, no pressure, good selection.. This dealership made every step unbelievably easy, and took care of so many details, without extra fees or hidden costs. I found my car on Sunday, and they were able to get everything done so I drove off on Monday. Ray was great about test driving several different cars, and was no pressure as I figured out which I wanted. Ray went over the car completely when I picked it up, with an open invitation to stop back if I have questions. Icing on the deal is this dealer offers free oil changes and NYS Inspections for life. As title says, this was the best car buying experience ever. More

Excellent Service Had my first complementary oil change at 5000k. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Excellent Experience Ray, Scott, Jeffrey, and all of the Smithtown Kia workers were professional, patient, and kind. No one rushed me or made me feel forced into purchasin Ray, Scott, Jeffrey, and all of the Smithtown Kia workers were professional, patient, and kind. No one rushed me or made me feel forced into purchasing anything. They showed me several cars and patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns. I was at the dealership for most of the day and they made me feel at home and at ease. Purchasing a car is a personal and important decision and it is evident that all of the Smithtown Kia salespeople know this. This is the first time I was not pressured into purchasing. These gentlemen are professional and personal. I am highly impressed with the deal they gave me for my pre-owned, certified vehicle. In fact, several of my friends have remarked that I got a better deal than they did at other dealerships. These gentlemen took their time and went at my pace until we found a car and a price that worked for me. There is a stereotype regarding car salesmen and Smithtown Kia debunked all those preconceived assumptions. I am highly impressed with how kind, professional, and personal they are. More
