This was my first Honda and I am very happy with it. I always had a Chev and when I changed to the Honda, I could not believe the service I received from Branfon Honda. I was treated with respect and fri always had a Chev and when I changed to the Honda, I could not believe the service I received from Branfon Honda. I was treated with respect and friendly people. I always had prompt service when I brought my car in for service (which has only been for oil changes). My car has run great since I got it and I will buy my next car at Branfon Honda. I have done business with Brandfon for over 15 years. Joe and Randy have been my go to customer service men for the same time period. I am always treated with respect and fairness! My friends ask me why I go to a dealer for my service when my car is a 1998--I tell them because I know that I get quality service and care at Brandfon. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Honda not long ago, and the other day, the driver's side visor suddenly snapped apart and would not stay up. Though this part wasn't covered under Honda's comprehensive and the other day, the driver's side visor suddenly snapped apart and would not stay up. I have been doing business with Brandfon Honda for the past 22 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Between myself and my immediate family, we have purchased 19 new Honda past 22 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Between myself and my immediate family, we have purchased 19 new Hondas from Brandfon. As far as referrals, I have personally referred at least 25 friends, neighbors, and co-workers ( I actually lost count; it could be quite a bit more) to Brandfon who have purchased cars, and many others to the service department, all of whom have thanked me for steering them to such a fine dealership. I have always been treated with respect and felt valued as a customer, two areas that is sadly not the norm with so many other car dealerships. The sales department is knowledgeable, professional and not high pressure( which I think is very important)...special thanks to Nick Pawlowicz. The service department is fantastic in getting done the work quickly and more importantly, always done right the first time.....special callout to Randy Newton and Joe Whitmore. Also, a thank you to Brian Chase for all his help over the years with my servise needs. It is greatly appreciated!! I would HIGHLY recommend Brandfon Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, or for servicing a Honda they may have. Keep up the good work!! I have a 2007 Honda Civic and the warranty on my car has expired. I needed to get the drivers side visor replaced and checked if they would give me a discount since Honda's had a few issues with the visors expired. I needed to get the drivers side visor replaced and checked if they would give me a discount since Honda's had a few issues with the visors coming apart. I called Branford Honda and they offered to check with Honda to see if Honda would cover part of the cost (Note: I also called Manchester Honda and they asked me to do call Honda myself). Honda agreed and Randy called me back and set up an appointment. Branford Honda and Randy really look to provide good customer service and I am extremely happy that they take time out to ensure they get the best deals for their customers. They are honest and extremely helpful. I would recommend Branford Honda anyday !! More

I've recently bought 3 vehicles for my daughters from Brandfon Honda and it was a great expierence. From John to Bob to Jeff they really gave me a great deal!!! They truly made me feel like family!
