Always a good experience at Brandfon Honda whether it be getting my oil changed with Randy Newton or buying a vechicle from John Prodis. My family has been customers since 2003. I have been having all of my service done at Brandfon for the 9 years I have owned my Civic. They have been consistently superior in the way they handle themselves. Today I went in for an oil change and foun the 9 years I have owned my Civic. They have been consistently superior in the way they handle themselves. Today I went in for an oil change and found I had several problems which needed attention. Even though my bill was much more than I had expected to spend, they made it as painless as possible including giving me a ride to and from home instead of waiting at the dealership. Randy Newton is OUTSTANDING and a real asset to the dealership. He always explains everything in plain English so that even I can understand what is going on. Although I didn't see him today, my salesman, John Prodis always stops to chat with me and when I am ready for a new car, this is where I will purchase it. Keep up the good work!!! More

Several years ago I visited Brandfon while looking for a new car. They did not have the car I wanted in inventory, but the quality and integrity of their people stood out. I've never had a complaint about the quality of the service. If I want additional information I only need to ask. Pricing is fair and I nver have cause to doubt the honesty of the servise. More

Randy was very hospitable. When I arrived on the second day, he greeted me with a warm smile and said "Hey you made it!!". Honda made my experience feel very personable.
