The salesman, Andrew, arranged for this to happen, and took additional time to explain to me some of the car's features while I was in it. That afternoon, we discussed the purchase options with Andrew, who was very informative and helpful. We decided to buy a CRV from his dealership. Andrew and his fellow employees (Ray) were very courteous and helpful to make all the arrangements necessary for me to drive home in my new car.
