Great customer service , but too overpriced Randy was awesome, but in my opinion I think the price was way over the top. poor customer service I agreed to purchase a car there on a Tuesday evening. After the sales person had me sign papers on my intention I told him I'd like to pick it up on I agreed to purchase a car there on a Tuesday evening. After the sales person had me sign papers on my intention I told him I'd like to pick it up on Thursday at 4pm. I arrived at the dealership at 4pm like I said I would. To my surprise the salesperson had nothing done in regards to the car. It had not been detailed or inspected yet. I sat in the dealership from 4pm until 830pm waiting fir my car to be ready. During this time I met with both the business manager and one of the general managers. neither of them could tell my why my car wasn't ready and why none of this had been done before I arrived. After voicing my displeasure to the general manager I was asked not to write a review of the dealership since he had already heard my complaints personally. I probably wouldn't have written a review but was so angry that he asked me not to since it may hurt his business. More
