Immediately Helped gave me a loaner car not to inconveinence me and followed up in a kind and always Rallye Motors team Service AND Sales EXCELLENT!!! Immediately Helped gave me a loaner car not to inconveinence me and followed up in a kind and always very Professional manner went above and beyond job descriptions on ALL LEVELS! Although my normal Service Rep Ramiro was not working since a Weekend Saturday Others on Team went out of there way to help and of course when Ramiro returned followed up and finalized!!! Also my Salesperson Robert Bianchi immediately offered to help me when Service was closed...Robert Bianchi is a EXCELLENT Salesperson, Manager and Asset to Rallye Motors and Mercedes Benz I HIGHLY Recommend him to all my family and friends he is one important reason I stay with Rallye Motors Mercedes Benz!!! Overall positive but a little slow. My service manager was nice and made sure that I had a loaner car. I think that the service was a little slower than it has been in the past. I dropp My service manager was nice and made sure that I had a loaner car. I think that the service was a little slower than it has been in the past. I dropped my car off on a Friday because my CD was stuck and because there was a smell of gasoline when I started the car. A new CD player was ordered and work was done on my car - I didn't get my car back until Thursday. I had to return it to the dealership on Saturday because the check engine light was on. I then had to wait for a vent line to be ordered and I the car was ready the following Wednesday. More

New Purchase of CPO & Service of Vehicle (Tire & Detailing) First time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Everything went very smooth and easy and it was nice to work with Walter and Steve. I had to bring the car in to have my front tire looked at because it kept losing air and also had a issue with a spot. I was immediately scheduled to the service department and they were also outstanding in treating me and taking care of my vehicle. I’m very happy I’ve purchased my vehicle at Rallye. More
