I really enjoy bring my car here. Everyone I have worked with is friendly, knowledgeable, and I really trust these people to not take advantage of me. I have never had a problem with the work they have don with is friendly, knowledgeable, and I really trust these people to not take advantage of me. I have never had a problem with the work they have done - and it's always on time -- When it took over one day, they worked with me on getting a rental. I really like that. Great Job. More

Rafael is an all around Awesome guy! I just recently moved to San Diego this past firday March 9th 2012, and unfortunately had to take a trip to the dealership. Rafael wasted no time getting my car chec moved to San Diego this past firday March 9th 2012, and unfortunately had to take a trip to the dealership. Rafael wasted no time getting my car checked in for service and getting me rental to get back and forth to work. There were unknown issues aside from what I brought vehicl in for, found within my vehicle and quickly addressed thanks to Rafael and his team over at Courtesy Chevrolet. I bought my first Chevy here because of great customer service from Ernie. After having difficulties with my car starting, Rafael was right there with a can do and we will get this figured out attitude. H service from Ernie. I've been with this dealer since 2003 when I purchase my Chevy 2500HD crew cab diesel. The service adviser that was assigned to me is Ralph. I have gone to other places because I didn't totally trust this place. As time past I kept coming back. I found that this dealer is truly straight forward and honest. I accursed Ralph one time of trying to squeeze money out of me. After I had done my researched of my problem I found out the Ralph was right and only looking out for my interest. I had to go back eat crow and apologize to Ralph. My dealer has always looked out for me and treated me right. Ralph has always done the right thing. This is the only place I get my truck serviced. More
