This dealership provided an insight on how they truly value their customers. Pros: Performed necessary maintenance work as per the the work order submitted. Cons: Requested a loaner vehicle with appointment a few weeks prior. Still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a loaner vehicle. Received a call that my maintenance was complete and the vehicle will be ready within the hour. Showed up only to wait an additional 30 minutes for my vehicle to be ready. If you value your time I would think twice before taking your vehicle to this location for maintenance. Eitherwise, temper expectation for at least 30 minutes to be wasted when turning in your vehicle and picking up. I have spoken with the Service Dept. Manager and although he seemed displeased with the service his department provided, there were no solutions provided to correct this error in judgement by his team. I will look elsewhere for service and caution anyone who does go here. More

She assisted me when my regular Ms Rachel Rhea, Assistant Service Adviser, at BMW of Silver Spring was surprisingly helpful, upon first introduction. She assisted me when my regular Adviser was out sick. Rachel filled-out the diagnostic form on the computer, to investigate a problem with my car door, I received a loaner car and was on my way.
