Ty did an awesome job with my service for an oil change and tire rotation. It probably took 45 minutes total from the time I arrived and find that completely acceptable. I was kept informed of the progr and tire rotation. It probably took 45 minutes total from the time I arrived and find that completely acceptable. I was kept informed of the progress each step of the way and appreciate the care taken with my new Vehicle. Hey Ty, the last service tech gave me a free car wash ha ha !! More

Preston was great from start to finish. We went in looking for a certain vehicle and when that did not work out, he guided us to the vehicle we purchased. Preston Mitchell and Tim Mcarthy are the two reasons I purchased a Lincoln and not the other brand I was considering. Each is an asset to the dealership. I was impressed with Preston's willingness to find out what I was looking for and Tim's perseverance to locate the vehicle that would satisfy me. Both worked tirelessly to cater to my wants. I would recommend their expertise to anyone that asked. They are active listeners with great interpersonal skills. Both are likeable, honest and trustworthy.
