Adam Bliss, Alberto TeJada and Preston Locklear Adam stayed in contact with me for 3 months. He is an impressive young man. I have purchased more new cars than most people. However, having had 4 Odysseys that I loved, I chose a 2015 Odyssey. Preston Lockleear was my service advisor at another dealership. He is really good. Alberto TeJada was very helpful with the paperwork and explanations. After spending almost a whole day with these 3 gentlemen, I found 3 exceptional men to work with. More

Excellent Customer Service!!! Since acquiring a used Honda Civic Hybrid over 4 yrs ago, it has been a little hit and miss with my service experiences until I met Preston Locklear. Since acquiring a used Honda Civic Hybrid over 4 yrs ago, it has been a little hit and miss with my service experiences until I met Preston Locklear. Preston is very personable and always made me feel like my vehicle was in the best possible care and that he would make sure everything was taken care of. All was well with my service experience! Fast forward to 200K miles on the hybrid. when I had to have the hybrid batteries replaced. I felt I had no options but to get the vehicle repaired at a very hefty $4000 cost. After a lengthy debate with myself over the pros and cons of the repair, Preston suggested I talk to one of the salesman about other options and introduced my wife and I to George Moore. We explained the situation to George with some budget limitations that we had and then it was off to the used car section of the lot. George was able to get us into the right vehicle and Jeff Joseph handled the financing end of things. We were made to feel as if we were being taken care of every step of the way. More

I purchased my 1st Honda in September 2010, a Honda Element. I was very pleased with this purchase and my experience with Chris Burns as Sales Manager at that time. I came to know Preston Locklear i Element. I was very pleased with this purchase and my experience with Chris Burns as Sales Manager at that time. I came to know Preston Locklear in the Service Department since that time with my bringing my car in for service/maintenance. When my husband and I decided to purchase an additional Honda in the last few weeks, I called Preston to ask his input on a Honda CRV and to recommend a sales person for me (my original salesman was no longer at the dealership). I am pleased to say that Preston made the perfect recommendations to me on both the CRV and a new salesperson. I am happy that I met and worked with George Moore as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed me in detail the features of the car, was very helpful in answering any questions I had and in helping me obtain a very good deal on my new CRV. I spoke with George on the phone and met with him several times before the purchase. He was a very personable young man and really enjoyed his job in securing the right car for me. Chris Burns was again there for us with making the right deal and we were very pleased with the job Al did in helping us secure financing and any extras we deemed necessary to complete our purchase. I look forward to driving this vehicle for a long time, but I sure will recommend the HONDA OF COLUMBIA dealership and the men we have come to know and appreciate ... Honda Cars was recommended to me by a friend. I first spoke with Will, who was incredibly gracious and immediately paired me up with my sales rep, Robert. Robert was not only professional, but very kind throughout the process. He was engaged and extremely helpful. When closing the finances on the car, I met with Steven. He was jovial and made signing my name one hundred times a lot of fun. When I had questions, Steven was patient and walked me though the numbers until I had a clear understanding of them. Lastly, we purchased chrome running boards for our Pilot that had to be ordered. When they arrived, Preston from service helped me. I dropped my car off on a busy Sat. morning and Preston still managed to get them added to my car in 2 hours! Thank you Will and Honda Cars - you all rock! We had a wonderful experience!
