Immaculate showroom and waiting room. Friendly and helpful staff. WiFi in the waiting room. Mini office to use while you wait. Great coffee selection. Popcorn and cookies Excellent from top to bottom. I worked with Leroy Doby on this purchase. A total professional. He knows his product. He is a no pressure salesman. He listens to you without some preconceived notion of what he wants you to buy. He is focused on meeting your needs. You can't go wrong working with Mr Doby. I do all of my services at this dealership. They are honest and will only fix what needs it after consulting with you. No rip off. Honest advice and great workmanship. This is my second Accord purchased through this dealersh I would like to express what a great car buying experience I had with Honda Cars of Columbia. This is my second Accord purchased through this dealership and I have to say everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond what I have expected. Adam Bliss is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns and really made my car buying experience enjoyable. Also, Preston Locklear with the service department has always been very helpful and he is one of the biggest reason I did not shop other dealerships. I would highly recommend Adam and Honda Cars of Columbia. More

Horrible! I left 3 messages for a service manager, Preston, and spoke with a female manager in sales that left a message for the service department and no one r I left 3 messages for a service manager, Preston, and spoke with a female manager in sales that left a message for the service department and no one returned any of my calls. After a week of waiting I took my car to Midlands Honda and they serviced my car immediately. Thank you Midlands Honda! As for Honda of Columbia, when I called to complain about the lack of returned calls, all I received was a "we're sorry". I'm fairly certain that message never made to anyone of importance. I'll never return to Honda of Columbia. More

Honda of Columbia to the Rescue! I just moved to Columbia and was driving an Acura MDX and on my first day in South Carolina, the MDX, slipped its timing belt on I-26, on a Friday, du I just moved to Columbia and was driving an Acura MDX and on my first day in South Carolina, the MDX, slipped its timing belt on I-26, on a Friday, during rush hour! Through the recommendation of the only person I knew in South Carolina, my car was towed to his Honda Dealer, Honda of Columbia. My friend Terry, introduced me to just about everyone person who worked there. Don, in service, Jennifer in the loaner car area, my sales person Johnny Canaday, Chris Burns, sales manager, and Jeff Joseph, in finance. There are so many other people that stopped to introduce themselves, I just can't remember all of their names, and I apologize for that. I felt like the entire dealership, knew about my circumstance, and they were all eager to help me in any way that they could. Let me tell you, this dealership cares about people first, and fixing your car second! From what they told me, this is a family owned business and from what I experienced, this family has great family values! Johnny and his Chris, worked the entire day trying to make the numbers work for me and in the end, I drove off the lot with a new Pilot. Thanks to Honda of Columbia, they threw me a life line in a tough situation. It will be very easy for me to recommend Honda of Columbia to anyone! Will buy from this dealership again. This dealership has taken care of me from day ONE. My salesman was B.A. and the GM was Chris. I wrecked my car and wasnt sure if it was going to be to This dealership has taken care of me from day ONE. My salesman was B.A. and the GM was Chris. I wrecked my car and wasnt sure if it was going to be totaled or fixed. I wanted to make sure I was ready for whatever the outcome. They worked with me and allowed me to put a REFUNDABLE hold on my car until I found out. They continued to extend the hold on the car until I heard from the insurance company. It was supposed to be 1-2weeks and was on hold for over a month. BA also moved the car to the back of the lot and made sure it was NOT altered in any way or damaged. He even came in after he got off to make the sale the day I found out my car was totaled. I also needed a few accesories and Preston in the shop worked with me to get some things taken care of. BA also made some recommendations for me to upgrade the lights. He sent me a link to the webpage for the model that would fit and even installed them for me when they came in. BA also recommended a place for tinting the windows. He said if I mentioned to them that "HONDA referred me" they would give me a discount. That saved me $40. BA has touched base with me about once every few weeks to see if I am still enjoying my NEW CAR. He is easy to get in touch with and VERY knowledgeable about the cars. I would recommend not only THIS dealership but this TEAM of individuals to EVERYONE lookinv for a car. Ask for BA (Sales), Chris (GM) or Preston (Service) if you go...and tell them KELLY sent you! Superb car buying experience!! My wife and I have searched for her replacement vehicle for over a month between multiple dealerships. I have to say Honda of Columbia was by far the most accommodating and helpful. Robert Burgess in particular went above and beyond fielding questions and concerns through multiple texts and phone calls with me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable of the 3 different models of Honda Odysseys we test drove, a few of them multiple times. He was very patient with my family even helping put in my 1 year olds car seat so my wife could test drive it while I was working. He even held her and played with her when she was fussy, Robert is just an all around great guy. When it came down to making an offer the finance side was a great help getting us a great rate in a timely manner. All in all I would've been satisfied with our car buying experience with or without Robert, However because of Robert I know exactly who to call when I am ready to trade and upgrade my car. (Also talked to Preston and Justin in the service department they lent their expertise to help me decide on the make and model and which ones to avoid. Great guys who know their stuff, definitely coming back for all my maintenance and servicing needs!) More

I ordered a part from t After purchasing two Hondas from this dealer over the years, I am very disappointed in their service department and follow up. I ordered a part from them early this year and was assured they would follow up and let me know when it was delivered. Three weeks later and still no call so I did the follow up. Part was now in stock for me to pick up. Took my Honda Fit in for a diagnostic due to dash readings this past Thursday at 7:00 AM with an appointment. Found they needed to order a part and assured me I could leave the car overnight and the part would be in on Friday morning. No call from them on Friday so I did the follow up. Seems the wrong part had been sent. Incompetent order or parts pull. Advised they would reorder and the part would be in first thing Saturday. No word from them Satyrdsy so I called. Couldn't find the part and we're now unsure they could get to it today. . Incompetence at an abounding level abd no customer service ability to initiate follow up unless the customer calls in. So sad to see a business I used to speak highly of drop to such a poor level. Do they have new owners if management? More
