I have always had great service from Honda Cars of Columbia and would never go any where else. I recommend the service department to all my friends, Preston Locklear has always been great and is why Columbia and would never go any where else. Horrible experience. Awful customer service. The car was “fixed” and ready for pick up but I was out of town and wouldn’t be there to pick it up for a few days. Three day Awful customer service. The car was “fixed” and ready for pick up but I was out of town and wouldn’t be there to pick it up for a few days. Three days later, the car is somehow broken and needs a minimum of $2,400 worth of repairs. Minimum $2,800 if I want a warranty on the repair. After over a week of calling multiple times a day just trying to get in touch with the service manager I went up to the dealership to inquire about my car. After two hours of “he will be with you in just a minute “ and getting eye rolls every time I asked. We just paid to have it towed to our preferred Honda Dealership- Freedom Honda. Three people standing around while the phone rings off the hook. Highly suggest you go somewhere else. More
