I was in DIRE straits, and Phyllis saved the day. On our way from St. Petersburg, Florida to Atlanta Georgia, we had planned to stop in Gainesville to spend the night. Just outside of Gainesville my On our way from St. Petersburg, Florida to Atlanta Georgia, we had planned to stop in Gainesville to spend the night. Just outside of Gainesville my car overheated. I called in the morning, but neither the Ocala nor the Gainesville dealers could get me in because they were so busy. I went to Tires Plus to get a diagnosis and they said my water pump had a leak. Given that I am still under warranty, I did not want to drop $500 on the service. I called back in a panic, and Phyllis told me to come in and come straight to her desk. She got everything handled. I got my car back the same day, and made it to my friend's wedding in Atlanta safely and on time! I am so thankful to Phyllis and your entire team. More
