never had a problem before and service has always been on time and great. This time for routine service and left front low pis service light that has been on for over 2 weeks with no low tire pressure all ti time and great. This time for routine service and left front low pis service light that has been on for over 2 weeks with no low tire pressure all tires were at 32 psi. After service for oil and filter and tire rotation drive home car pulled to the right on braking and steering? Checked air pressure and they had put 46 psi in left front 36 in right front 38 in left rear and 41 in right rear?? when i got home i adjusted the air pressure to 35 all around and now drives and rides like it should. More

I must admit, with what I had heard from other Hyundai owners I know, and last personal experience I had decided I would not go back to Jenkins Ocala. However I decided to try once more. Thanks to Phyllis owners I know, and last personal experience I had decided I would not go back to Jenkins Ocala. However I decided to try once more. Thanks to Phyllis and Stine, your two superstars, I must say I was very impressed! It would have been a 5 star rating had the young lady that I called first, nearly two weeks before I actually got it fixed been as eager for my service. Having been a service manager myself in Ocala a long time ago,(early 1980's) I knew well of the dealership attitude of "if they didn't buy their car here, teach them a lesson if they come for service", and was convinced that was still alive at Jenkins Ocala! But I must say, on THIS visit, Phyllis and Stine treated me as a special customer, and I could see it wasn't just me, but everyone that came in! More
