I have been wanting to trade in my 10 year old car, and compared all brands of hybrids, and decided to wait until the 2013 C-Max finally debuted in the USA, so I began my inquiry with Ford back in April. compared all brands of hybrids, and decided to wait until the 2013 C-Max finally debuted in the USA, so I began my inquiry with Ford back in April. Phil kept me informed as to when the first C-Max would arrive, and I finally was able to test drive one a couple of days ago, and knew it was the right car for me. Since my husband was out of town, I did it all myself. This was a very good experience and quite different from car buying trips in the past. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of since I was female, Phil worked with me trying to get me a good price on a new model car, and even the finance guy, Tommy, did not pressure me as I have experienced at other dealerships. I will never know if I truly got the best deal possible, but I feel that I probably did and I am excited to be able to drive a car that I know I won't have to fill with gas every week. I would definitely recommend Kelly Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I believe they are committed to customer satisfaction. More

We spoke back and forth for a few days before me taking the drive, and he made me feel very comfortable about making the deal. He responded to my emails right away and stayed in touch even after I closed the deal to make sure I made it back to Miami ok. I have never had that kind of professionalism awarded to me when purchasing a vehicle, and frankly can't settle for anything less from now on. I will recommend this dealer and in particular Phil to all of my friends and family and feel very fortunate to have dealt with Kelly Ford as a tesult of my wonderful treatment. Car salesmen are a lot more aggressive here in Miami, and Frankly it's a total turn off for women like me who just want a fair deal and to be treated with respect. Carlos in finance was also great. He explained everything carefully and I felt like he really cares about what he does. My experience was exceptional and I wanted to make sure that I expressed it. Thank you for the opportunity.
