2nd care and maintenance Disappointed was U to make Saturday appointments. was in vacation this week so worked out ok. Was done quick, friendly and I was in and out. Review updated If I hadn’t had a disagreement with the service department I would’ve given Atlantic Toyota four stars. However, if the general manager wouldn't work If I hadn’t had a disagreement with the service department I would’ve given Atlantic Toyota four stars. However, if the general manager wouldn't work with me and listened to my complaint I would give Atlantic Toyota one star or even none. At this time I give three stars because Mr. John Biggio was the only one that demonstrated that he cares about customers and the service they provide. Thank you Mr. Biggio. More

Service Rep said 'suck it' to a customer! IS THIS A FACE OF TOYOTA??? I had an appointment at ATLANTIC TOYOTA in Lynn, MA for excessive oil consumption test covered by Toyota's Warranty Enhan IS THIS A FACE OF TOYOTA??? I had an appointment at ATLANTIC TOYOTA in Lynn, MA for excessive oil consumption test covered by Toyota's Warranty Enhancement Program. The service rep tried to charge me for an oil change as he said it's needed for this test although the letter from Toyota clearly says the addition of oil (not a change-I just did it!) will be provided free of charge. When I mentioned that he said he wouldn't do it for free anyway and after I was about to leave he clearly and loudly said 'suck it'. I complained to the Service Dept. manager, Peter Carey, and he replied 'None of my people would say that' (!) After that he asked me what I am doing in Lynn area with NH plates!!! Seriously, IS THIS TOYOTA??? More

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! SHAME ON YOU PETER CAREY FOR DECLINICING THE SERVICE OF A VEHICLE WITH NUMEROUS AMOUNTS OF RECALLS (148) INCLUDINGGGGGGGGG AN AIRBAG AND A VEHICLE THA SHAME ON YOU PETER CAREY FOR DECLINICING THE SERVICE OF A VEHICLE WITH NUMEROUS AMOUNTS OF RECALLS (148) INCLUDINGGGGGGGGG AN AIRBAG AND A VEHICLE THAT SLIPS OUT OF GEART WHILE DRIVING THE LEGAL SPEED LIMIT, ALMOST COST MY LIFE AND MY 7 YEAR OLDS!!!!!! WHICH IS INCLUDED WITH HER FACTORY WARRANTY ANDDDDDDD EXTENDED WARRANTY! WHY PAY FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN YOUR COMPANY DOESNT HELP THOSE THAT HELPED YOUUUUU MAKE YOUR QUOTA FOR THE MONTH?????????
