Appreciate the budget options I work primarily with Paul during my visits, but have worked with Armen during previous visits. I feel confident in the recommendations from Paul and I work primarily with Paul during my visits, but have worked with Armen during previous visits. I feel confident in the recommendations from Paul and his team when they offer options, for instance new vs remanufacturer parts, to help the budget. I appreciate when they inform me that I can expect an upcoming service expense (i.e. new brakes, etc) so I can plan accordingly. My only complaint is the new location - the Glendale location was approx. 3-4 miles from work, which made drop off and pick up so much more convenient. More

Since I decided to wait there for the repairs to be ma The service manager who helped me was Paul. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed. Since I decided to wait there for the repairs to be made he was real good about letting me know how much longer it would take. Was also good about letting me know about a few other small repairs that would eventually need to be dealt with but he didn't try and push me into having them done there and then. I would have taken some stars away if that was the case. Comfortable and clean waiting area with a T.V. and free water and coffee. They even washed my car. More
