Phenomenal service and great staff, always enjoy coming to 495 Mazda to get work done on my vehicle. They take the time to go over exactly what might be wrong with your vehicle and never push anything onto to 495 Mazda to get work done on my vehicle. They take the time to go over exactly what might be wrong with your vehicle and never push anything onto you that isn’t required. They’ll let you know what can wait until a later date. Times are tough and things are only becoming more expensive in this economy so I appreciate when a business is understanding of that. More

As I arrived the facility, they were already waiting for me although it was 10 mins before my appointment. They took my car for 5k maintenance. In 30 mins I got it back with all the documentation explaining me although it was 10 mins before my appointment. They took my car for 5k maintenance. Paul in the service department is outstanding with customer service. He is friendly, courteous and informative. My car was brought in for an oil change tire rotation, which was done in a timely manner customer service. He is friendly, courteous and informative. I would give 5 stars but the communication was not great, and I feel that is very important. My car was in for a pretty big job and was given a loaner which was very helpful. I had to call and get updates o and I feel that is very important. My car was in for a pretty big job and was given a loaner which was very helpful. I had to call and get updates on how things were going and what to expect, nobody called me. The last time I called they stated it should be done the following day. I asked, "will I get a call regardless so I know if I should be coming down (it was a Friday)" and he stated absolutely. I waited all day and nothing. I called at 4:30pm looking for an update and was told it wasn't ready yet. More
