They fish you in with bogus ads with low price cars that don’t exist and try to flip you into financing more expensive similar cars.. should of known it’s to good to be true. Stay away from here. I had multiple instances where I needed Picked up the extended warranty on my car with this dealer saying it's free to service in their facility. I had multiple instances where I needed this warranty used, but their service department does not pick up the phone or return messages. I went in, and they said it'll be 6 months to service the car, and to try again then. Clearly they don't have the proper amount of mechanics for the amount of work needed, and the customer service is awful! [UPDATE] Currently in a 1 month limbo with this company. The transmission completely failed on my vehicle, and my extended warranty that I purchased is a mere 400 miles past the warranty. While I realize they're under no obligation, I have read many accounts of dealers seeking a "Good Faith" agreement with the warranty company where up to half of the cost has been covered. At this point, I would settle for a sense of urgency in the customer service department over even compensation. Lost my job a few months ago due to the reemergence of Covid, and subsequent slowing of work so I am in literal dire straits. Looking for some compassion out of Better Way Wholesale Autos, but at this point I would have to say their customer service ends once the sale has transpired. More

Beware of this dealership...things to do before driving a car off the lot. 1. Pull your own carfax report. 2. Have a certified mechanic examine the car prior to purchasing. 3. Purchased a 2013 Mercedes S550 from Paul Ciocca. Overall not a bad experience, Paul seemed like a stand up hard working guy and kept me in the loop until pick up was ready. Only 2 stars because the car nee not a bad experience, Paul seemed like a stand up hard working guy and kept me in the loop until pick up was ready. Only 2 stars because the car needed new front brakes and rotors, which A Better Way installed however, they did not use OEM parts and instead used inferior parts which had no manufacturing markings on them. I know this because the brakes were vibrating and squealing from the day I took the car and since I was going to have my mechanic go through the car for me, I would let him inspect the brakes. After it was all said and done, turned out the ABW Wholesale Auto mechanic installed the brake pads incorrectly (arrows pointing wrong direction) and against the grain of the pads and also failed to lubricate all the parts leaving them bone dry, which resulted in the vibrations and loud screeching. The inferior metals used in manufacturing the rotors also resulted in center of rotors completely rusting orange within one week of ownership. Week two, replaced front rotors and pads with Mercedes Benz OEM parts, at my own expense, and problem resolved. Wasn't worth returning to complain, figured since they used cheap parts and installed them incorrectly, I wasn't going waste my time taking the chance that they would do the right thing and replace with OEM parts correctly. Other than that, car is great and Paul was honest and good to deal with. Had the repairs been performed professionally using OEM parts, this would have been a 4 star rating. the worst experience I ever had with a sales man.Paul Ciocca. I put a down payment on a car of nearly 2000.00. Than I had to get proof oF income so I could purchase the car and finance it. Not even a phone call to see how I was making out with my paper work FIRST. I called him to tell him I got everything he needed and HE SOLD MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THE WORST SALES MAN I EVER HAD. I HOPE HE GETS FIRED OVER THIS. This was may second car I bought there and my LAST!!!!!! PAUL CIOCCA IS A LIRER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BACK STABBER. More
