I appreciate the flexibility of being able to take a loaner car on an extended service appointment or the option to take their shuttle bus to the train station. Very happy with them and their work. Problems Lisa and Keith?? (Service Manager) were great. Patrick Ripley needs help. Failed to return 3 calls for almost 3 hours. Adjusting bill was nice but the Lisa and Keith??
