Hello Derrick, my name is Randy and im the sales manager here at Clement Hyundai. I personally looked into your concerns. We replaced your windshield and you thought there was a seal missing at the top. I got with our windshield company and he ensured me that the Ram 2500 does not come with a trim piece, its a silicone seal thats used, and you mentioned that the oil change was not done but after looking at the oil and getting with the techs, it was indeed done.
