After leaving the below review on google I received a reply from the sup. owner with NO RESOLUTION, he said to contact him with no info on how.. WE have send emails to managers, sales manager, our sales reply from the sup. owner with NO RESOLUTION, he said to contact him with no info on how.. WE have send emails to managers, sales manager, our sales guy we dealt with and we have had ZERO response. To me that SAYS everything about this dealership 1. They knew the problem and are trying to hide it otherwise why not fix it or at least have a conversation with your customers. 2. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, their lack of help and response is ridiculously unprofessional, unethical and frustrating. **We bought an E300 2017 certified Mercedes Here! In august 2020! The car had 23000 miles on it! After about a month I noticed the car would shake violently going down a hill in high speed I didn’t notice this before as I barely drive and almost never drive on a highway! I now took it to service and they say I have warped rotors! Well I have driven 2000 miles in the car so I am certain that this was a problem from the start.. We called the sales guy many times never got a call back. Then when we finally took it in for the b service check they offered to pay half! Are you serious, we paid for a certified car meaning the check points you have on your list better be done! We have written the sales guy, the sales manager, the general manager!! None of them have replied,,, maybe this is this dealerships business model cause right after I bought the car I also had an auxiliary battery notice come up called and emailed our sales guy after 3 weeks I think he returned the email with something he found on google!! Are you kidding me.. Google!! Now we are forced to write Mercedes headquarters what choice do we have! And I’m certain after that maybe our congressman as I have no trust in that this is not a lemon... why would I! So would I buy a car here again.. well I think if you got this far in my review you know the answer!!** More

My lease expired on my old E 300 in November and I looked around for other vehicles, but decided that the new E 350 was the better choice. Patrick Healy was great in making my decision easier.
