I have acquired 4 cars from this dealer over the last 15 years. I have received excellent service from every department. We have had an exceptional experience in leasing a car back in April 2021 and just bought another car yesterday, July 2023. Both experiences were fantastic. Good pricing and no pressure or stress. Buyers beware! ! Called the Service dept to get a quote to replace the Serpentine Belt on my GLK250. Was given a $250 quote over the phone. I made the appointmen ! Called the Service dept to get a quote to replace the Serpentine Belt on my GLK250. Was given a $250 quote over the phone. I made the appointment and took the car down there. I asked them to give me a couple more quotes and they said they would get back to me. They called me (after I texted them) the next day with very high quotes to replace the Tensioner and Idler Pulleys ($900). I declined. Next phone call (10 minutes later) was to inform me that the original $250 quote was wrong because the Service Advisor had the wrong VIN number. The new quote is now $414. I was screwed over, but I just wanted the car back and told them to just do the work!! Get anything and everything in writing if you choose to have you Mercedes serviced at MB of Laguna Niguel. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. More

I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for some time and visited a few dealerships, mostly with disappointing experiences. I decided I wanted to purchase a Mercedes. I first went to Fletcher Jon time and visited a few dealerships, mostly with disappointing experiences. I decided I wanted to purchase a Mercedes. I first went to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport since its closer to my home, please do not bother going there. They claim to be the number one MB dealership in the country in sales, which they probably are. But they get a zero out of 10 for customer service. Apparently not everyone is treated the same there. After my very disappointing visit and test drive, I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel and drove down there the same day. I met sales extraordinaire Gerhard Jurinek who gave us a 5 star experience. He and the entire sales team made me feel so welcome and at ease. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I was very nervous. There was no pressure, no games. It was all professionalism and kindness. Thank you Gerhard and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel team for making this experience so great for me. You will definitely get my referrals! More

I had the opportunity of working with sales representative Rosie Sosa. Rosie was very responsive with her communication and information provided. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned GLC300 f representative Rosie Sosa. Rosie was very responsive with her communication and information provided. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned GLC300 for my wife with specific "must have" trim package of AMG Line (Sport, Int & Ext) and Panorama Roof. Additional "wish list" preferences included Polar White color, Premium package, 20" Multispoke Wheels and hard-to-find Night package. On my initial visit and test drive I was greeted by the extremely pleasant Rosie. While I wasn't ready to act on the 1st GLC driven that did have the "must have" list covered, Rosie now had the full picture and knew I was serious. The following week, Rosie followed up the let me know that the one I had driven did sell but more importantly, a lease return just came in and was being prepared to be added to the weekend inventory. She snapped a few photos on her phone during prep to text me along with the equipment list that included ALL of the "wish list". I drove back down to OC from Hermosa Beach on Saturday morning, the day before Mother's Day... perfect timing! Rosie even came in on her day off to meet me. Happy Wife, Happy Life! My first thought was, "it's meant to be". However, it actually happened due to Rosie's patience, persistence and professionalism. THANK YOU ROSIE! More
